  • How long is the delivery time?
    The delivery time depends on the shipping country. We aim to have all orders processed within 1-3 days. Delivery within The Netherlands generally happens the day after your order has been processed. As for the Worldwide Collections, these items are stored at our suppliers their warehouses all over the world. Shipping therefore can take longer. Average shipping time for this collection is around 7-10 working days (excluding customs clearance)
  • Where do you deliver?
    We aim to deliver worldwide. If your country is not in the list when purchasing an item, please send us an email and we will make sure to add your country.
  • How do I return or exchange an item?
    Within 30 days, orders may be returned and we will issue a refund. Please fill in the return form which you received with your order and send it back with your return. - All products must be returned within 30 days of receipt. - All products must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered. - All products must have all original DMG Apparel tags still attached. - Shipping back to our warehouse is at the customers' own cost. - Save your tracking code link as proof of shipping If exchanging an item, shipping costs must be paid again. Fill in your order number when transfering the cost of shipping.
